These fit the majority of Funko 2 packs.  They don't fit 2 pack minis, Sorcerer Mickey & Chernabog or the Star Wars Sandtrooper and Dewback.  Could be others but check to make sure your box is close to this size.   8 x 6.25 x 3.5 or 20.3 x 15.8 x 8.9.  If its close to that size it will fit.
This one does NOT fit the new NYCC The Flash and Superman 2 pack!
