This listing is for a Rare and HTF
1893 World's Columbian Exposition COMPLETE SET OF TEN (10) + (1) UNPOSTED and UNUSED SET No. 4 First Edition POSTCARDS complete with an Unused 1¢ Blue Columbian Stamp (230)
affixed to the address side of each for international use.  These cards are trimmed to 6"x3½" all on #UX10.  These PC's are similar to Set 2 but were intended for mail going out of the United States.  They were deliberately trimmed down to comply with the Universal Postal Union rules governing cards in foreign mail.  The 1¢ blue Columbian stamp, from the commemorative series, was affixed to make up the required foreign rate and the cards sold thusly.
You won't find a better-quality Set condition wise.  Please examine the photos for the best visual description of condition and ask questions if something is not clear.
