CRB1BW30-90S rotary pneumatic clamp set with valve switch and plumbing

Description

These pneumatic rotary clamps employ SMC’s CRB1BW30-90S cylinders, which generate 22 in-lb torque at 100 psig.  SMC wants over 0 each for each of these rotary beauties.  They require no lubrication and last essentially forever.  Each cylinder comes already mounted on an aluminum tooling plate, with fittings and an adjustable, rubber-padded arm.  Each clamp pair comes with a Clippard MJTV-5 toggle 5-way switch.  If you have a pneumatic clamping need suitable for ~20 lb force per clamp – this solution will reliably save huge time and money.  Original factory BOM cost for each pair was something north of 0.
The clamps were used indoors in an office environment, fed always with industrial electronics-class CDA.  They are in great shape and will last for years, similarly employed.  60-day replacement warranty if returned in original appearance condition, customer pays return shipping.
Dimensions:  Mounting plate is 50mm wide, 3/8" thick, with M6 screws on 30mm centers.  Cylinder center height is 55mm.  Tubing diameter is 1/4".  Clamp pads are replaceable and extend 52mm from centerline.  Clamp arms are clamped, not pinned to cylinder shaft - reposition as you see fit.
