Empty Art Nouveau bottle Quadruple Violet Extract, Colonial Perfume & Toilet Co

This very rare, empty bottle of Quadruple Extract Violet is in wonderful condition. It stands about 8.25 inches tall, and it was made by The Colonial Perfume & Toilet Co. in Detroit, Michigan. When I searched Google in the hopes of learning more, all I was able to determine, based on allusions to the company name in various printed sources, was that the company was in operation from at least 1905 to 1910. Exactly what year they opened and closed, I don't know. The label has beautiful Art Nouveau styling and rich colors. There are just some tiny spots where the label has been nicked, perhaps with sharp fingernails, in the normal course of handling. The faceted stopper has little wear and shines brightly.
