Shipping
Our shipping rates are calculated automatically during checkout based on weight in the package and shipping speed: standard shipping takes 2-7 days, Priority shipping is 1-4 days, International Priority takes 6-10 and First Class will receive an estimated delivery date after the label has been purchased. All priority and international  shipments will come insured for the full amount of the package. We ship worldwide. We ship orders same day if they are processed before 3PM EST Monday- Friday, 12PM EST Saturday.
Cancellations
All orders can be cancelled free of charge before a mailing label is created and tracking has been provided. Once an order has been marked as shipped it cannot be cancelled.
Incorrect Addresses or Refused Packages
Please ensure the accuracy of your address prior to submitting your order.  Packages which are returned due to incorrect addresses and/or refused, will be responsible for a 10% restock fee.  Shipping will not be refunded.  Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to appear after the product is returned.
