Every Funko Pop is individually and thoroughly inspected before sending out and I will message you with an offer to cancel the order if there is noticeable damage to the box beyond minor nicks. As this is a pre-order item, we are unable to guarantee what sticker is on the box until it is released
Cancellation requests after placing an order but before shipment will be charged a 20% restocking fee, payable before cancellation is accepted. Returns not accepted as this is a pre-order; and any forced returns of unused items are subject to a 40% restocking fee.
