Paint has been removed and it does have wear from storage for so long.
Does need a new seal kit. Currently leaks.
We can provide the seal kit and replace it at an extra cost.
These actuators were discontinued a number of years ago. Helac no longer provides service and has purged all information.
Can test for buyer before shipping.
