    buff sheet
    with
    black print
ed title and graphic design banner below title (front cover shown); back cover blank with soiling where the flyer had been folded again for pocket carry at the Fair (shown). Chicago:
    Exhibition Syndicate
, 1893.  There are (4) panels 3 of which are printed in black on inexpensive paper and now brittle; text only. This piece of ephemera describes

    - Supplemental Information:
In deed, "The Official Catalog" of exhibitors does list their location as "
    No. 13
" (shown covering 2 pages). I have inserted a photo illustration to the
    entrance of the Village
taken from the views in "Glimpses" and previously sold (shown). One of the remnants from the Village theater is the
    traditional Gamelan
instrument played daily and which required many people to play it (WCE image of the Theater, backdrop, and Gamelan shown from the Internet); the Village gamelan currently is stored at the Field Museum in Chicago and occasionally played by the music students at
    Roosevelt University
    which now occupies the
    Auditorium on Michigan Ave.
which used during the WCE. One of the purposes of the Village was to promote Java tea in the Java Teahouse.
    - Condition:
    Excellent.
Folded sheet hinge still perfect (shown). Very nice printing on brittle newspaper (shown). Upper right corner
and fore edge chips (shown). Back cover lightly soiled at old pocket folding point (shown).
