pre-order
for an item that is a confirmed purchase.
The release date given in the description is the release date the vendor has gave me at the time of my order.
Sometimes that can change - things can be moved up - things can be pushed back, due to the manufacturer or the vendor themselves. I have no control of that. I will inform the buyer immediately of any changes to the initial stated release date.
The deliver by date given by EBay is not accurate and is not an indication of when you will receive your item.
I can not guarantee the condition of the packaging of the item I receive from a vendor.
While most times items arrive in fine shape their are occasions that is not always the case. And certain vendors have better shipping practices than others. I can guarantee that all items I ship will be packaged and handled appropriately and with care and your item will arrive to you in the condition it arrived to me from the vendor.
No Cancellations/No Refunds
for any reason other than in the event my order is cancelled or mishandled by the vendor and I'm not able to provide said item.
Buyers remorse and item delays are not grounds for canceling an order and will be subject to a restock free.
