Description
Vintage chromolithographic print from the Columbian Exposition, Chicago World’s Fair 1893.  Titled,
The Site of the Art Building
, it is after the painting by Charles S. Reinhart depicting workers excavating the Jackson Park site for the Fine Arts Building.  At bottom right below the image area it reads, “Copyright 1894 by The Columbian Memorial Publication Society, Supplement to the Book of the Builders, April 7, 1894.”   At bottom right below the image it reads, “The Winters Art Litho Co.”  Nice bright image, paper shows light aging, corners show some bumping/light bends, edges bumped, light handling marks, paper measures 11 5/8 x 15 3/4 inches.
