Up for auction is a vintage De Trevise black Disc Shaped Perfume bottle probably for the fragrance
Amador
.  On both the front and backside of the bottle is a small round circle with etched lines, colored gold, which makes the bottle resemble a sunray.  From searching the web, I found similar, smaller bottles that were made by this company and that resemble my bottle.  The underside has been scratched out.  And the silver paper label is illegible.  This company sold their products from France to the royal Spanish court.
From searching the web, I have found that this fragrance is viewed as a Spanish leather perfume.  The fragrance name is “Amador”, which means lover in Spanish.
This bottle is still sealed, and when the bottle is picked up, it still appears to have a large amount of perfume.  However, I am not sure of the fragrance condition—that is a risk some buyer will need to take.
The bottle has a half moon shaped stopper that is gilded gold on the front and the back.
The bottle is sealed and does not appear to have ever been opened
This fragrance has been likened to smell like a woman’s skin.
Since this bottle is sealed, I have no idea what the scent smells like.  This is a gamble and the fragrance is not guaranteed.  I purchased this bottle over 25 years ago, and it has been kept in a dark closet until recently.  For the fragrance Amador:
Top notes are Orange blossom, Bergamot, Mandarin and Clary Sage’
Middle notes are Iris, Jasmine, Rose Ylang Ylang, Vanilla, Tobacco, Leather and Cassie
Base notes are Birch, Juniper, Myrtle, Labdanum, Castoreum, Cade Oil, Styrax and Cistus.
Due to the age of the bottle (from around 1920, it would be about 100 years old, so the fragrance longevity has probably deteriorated.)
The gold lines in the bottle may have been touched up by someone
The underside of the bottle that has some wording, is partially scratched off, I have no idea why
The height of this bottle is much larger than the other bottles I have seen on the web.  It’s height is just under 5 1/2 inches tall.  (which is much taller than the 1 ounce bottles that I have seen which are roughly 3 inches tall.)
