Vintage Miniature Perfume Bottle Lamp with Flame Ruffle Shade Figural

Darling Miniature Perfume Bottle Lamp
So fragile and delicate. It seems to be glass, but I'm not 100% sure. It is very thin. Amazing it has survived all these years.
There is a little "flame" in the chimney. It seems like the lamp - at least the shade - has been painted its golden color.
I've sold many perfume bottle lamps over the years, but have not seen one just like this.
SIZE: Approx 3 1/2" tall
CONDITION:
No chips or cracks that I can find. Some "paint loss to edge of ruffle shade and what is most likely a little bit of sticker residue.
