Vintage stuffed ride-on (not recommended) purple circus elephant, this adorable elephant is made by Smile novelty Toy Co. Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He has wonderful plastic eyes with a furry body, a bright yellow head dress and body piece lined with orange yarn. He measures about 2 feet on his backside, 47 inches around his stomach area, 42 inches around his head and about 35 inches long- head to tail. He is filled with cellulose fiber and shredded synthetic foam, he dos have metal bars in parts of his body to help with standing, due to age and use he does need to be maneuvered for standing and /or sitting position. He does show some wear on his back piece and has had a few spots sewn for repair, tried to show in pictures. Would make a wonderful display piece for any toy, elephant or circus collector.
