Super nice ornate hand made bottle-Not sure about the silver, We assume it is silver plate, But not sure of that-there is no rust or pitting on it-Just great-the bottle is a blue with a hint of green 'ish' to it-Make your own judgement to that-A lot of info we looked up said these were Moroccan made for the French market-But we also found & believe there were other areas & markets that these were distributed & used in-Thanks Have a Great Day !  c1116b3-for our use
